Gerina Stevenson, the Mexican child from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson is born in Mexico. She is American and comes from a Mexican-American background. Since she was a child she's been extremely keen on playing sports. Gerina was a golfer for the first time at the age of 15. Gerina went to Goddard High School. At the age of 16, she was a winner in the state championship golf tournament in New Mexico. She was a volleyball player and participated in state championships. She went to in the University of Texas in 2003. Through the latter years of her career, she was the winner of every event where she played. During her college career she won an award called the Conference USA Player of The Award and the Female UTEP Sports Athletics Award.
